Are you suppose to take the pill with something to drink, or just alone? A friend of mine use to take hers with a glass of milk (for calcium) Is this okay.. or should i take the pill alone? Just curious.....!!

I dont think it matters as long as you swallow it completely, if it did your doctor or the instructions would specifically say that you need to. I generally just take a sip of water with it, sometimes I dont have a drink with me and I have to just swallow it and its usually harder to do it that way.

Take the pill with whatever beverage you want, or with none at all. It makes no difference.

I usually take my meds/vitamins with water. I've heard that it absorbs them the fastest.

I never take mine with anything. Just don't swallow for alittle to get a little spit in my mouth (i know kind of gross), and pop the little pill and swallow.
