so hopefully yall can help. been duing research on trying to find a pill with lowest progestogen levels. are do they make them with all the same levels? i cant find anything im looking for. can yall please help me out

Is there a particular reason you want low progesterone? i think Allese is a pill with low progesterone.

well i been posting on here and duing research on the web because tuesday i have an apt with doc and will be switching my pills. i was taking yasmin which has a high level of prog-anyways made me very depressed ,angry ect. from what ive read on the web this contributes to me feeling like that and also ive read that low estogen helps reduce the water weight ang low prog. helps reduce the increase in appetite. with or without the pills i am always hungrey. just trying to find the best to try. i thik i will try allesse first. it has a low estrogen dose for sure i know that.

Do you think it's b/c Yasmin has a different kind of progesterone than most bc pills? I was on Yasmin awhile ago, I was only on it for a little while, I can't remember why I switched though. I'm not sure how much hormones are in Yasmin. The pill I'm on right now which is Ovcon-35 I love!!! :) I didn't like Ortho Tri-Cyclen or Ortho lo. so it all depends on the person. :)
oh ya... ortho tri-cyclen has small amounts of progesterone (the one i'm on now has twice as much, but is a monophasic pill). I am actually now more emotinally stable than when i was on OTC. I was CRAZY on that pill. haha! I gained almost 20 pounds in 7 months. EEK!
