Hi gang, im sorry that if some people got upset with my thread, now remember that i said this works for me, i wasnt trying to sound like i was preaching for people to go off their meds, i would never do that, maybe i worded something wrong. And please i dont discount anyones choice they make for themselves, just becasue my way is right for me doesnt mean it comfortable or right for you, and i definatly dont look down upon anyone that takes meds,.Alot of you got so deffensive about the thread, its a real pisser to read something like that i wrote, i can understand your side, but please i respect each and everyone of you for who you are and the choice you make for your self. your choice is the right choice. We are all making right choices here i believe.I am not better than anyone i am equal to the next, just an average person, again im sorry if i upset anyone, thanks kimber lee

Hey K.L.
Don't go getting worried about what you said.
This is a PUBLIC place.
YOU are as entitled, just as much as ANYONE else to make a comment.
The website rules provide a degree of 'guidance' to help ALL OF US,
BUT...
Some subjects provoke OVER-reactions, quite simply because,
(by the very nature of the website)
The vast majority of the people here have VERY strong feelings,
which relate to their illness and their
PERSONAL experiences...
and their
PERSONAL opinions...
As 'grown ups' we should be able to
1) present OUR PERSONAL opinion to the site,
2) to be discussed/challenged/debated/researched,
3) for the educational and emotional improvement for everyone else.
this is after all a SUPPORT group.
AND JUST FOR THE RECORD...
I started quite a few full-blown riots by mentioning/opening the discussion on...
Is being Bi-Polar
a) an illness
b) a disorder
c) a chemical imbalance
d) ALL of the above
e) NONE of the above
AND
The (very) long running story of MY stopping MY meds.
MOST of the people here will CONVERSE on ANY subject,
only a FEW will OVER-react.
Take care,
Hedge ~ (NOT on meds) ~
Good Grief!

I don't believe we should have to appologize for expressing our thoughts. I respect your opinions and thoughts, even while I disagree. :)

I agree, you shouldn't apologize. I for one am here to share and learn from people. I get something out of almost every post here. Like Good Gried stated, I respect others opinions even if I don't agree.
