Anyone taken this and actually had results? I was thinking of ordering but would like to hear some REAL experience first. I don't trust those so called testimonials they have on the website and like I'm going to believe Ana Nicole Smith.

Just to clarify... no... I'm not Anna Nicole, and I definitely don't work for Trimspa...
That said, the stuff works the best for me. As long as you follow the directions completely (note: make sure to drink a lot of water with each pill), they can be pretty helpful.
I think it depends on each individual person's body to determine what works best, but for me Trimspa worked well and didn't make me dizzy or my heaty beat too fast... just gave a tiny bit of energy and suppressed my appetite when I took it 30 min. before meals.
Before ephedra was banned, I used the stuff, and it didn't work half as well as Trimspa w/o ephedra. Kinda makes me feel stupid - I should have skipped the unhealthy stuff alltogether.
Hope this is of some help to ya. :)

Luxuria-
Trim Spa works if you use it as directed.
It has ingredients that cause you to feel full. So you don't eat as much.
Good luck!

I purchased Trimspa last year. I ordered 3 bottles and got 1 free. I followed the directions and stuck to the meal plan. I could only take them for 4 days as they made me horribly sick to my stomach. I now have extra bottles that I can't take.
I have taken many different diet pills and this one was the worst for me. But that is me. Everybody is different. There must have been something in there my tummy didn't like. So it did not do me any good.
I have heard both positive and negative about trimspa. So I guess it is how your body will react to it is how good it can be for you.

I just started trying TrimSpa and I took it as directed for the first day and a half. I definately could tell that it was suppressing my appetite. :D I just wasn't hungry when I would normally eat and when I would go home from work, I didn't feel like snacking as much. I was definately pleasantly surprised that I did not have the shakes or feel restless at all. I did experience some difficulty in going to sleep that night though.
The one thing I would like to caution is to get used to the pills before you take them according to the directions. The second day after I was done working out I broke out in hives all over my body. I found on a side-effects site that you are to take only one pill a day for a week and then move up to the recommended dose slowly so your body can get used to it. The next day I took only one and I haven't had a problem with them since.
I am excited to see what results will occur with using them. I am trying to get rid of some stress weight I put on after turning 30. I hope everyone understands though that there is no magic pill and you must still exercise and eat right in order to loose weight and keep the weight off. Good luck everyone!

Getting fat is easy but losing it is hard. Theres no magic pill. Are you guys going to stay on Trimspa the rest of your lives? What happens when the jolt to your energy is gone and you no longer can depend on appetite suppresant. Youre screwing with your metabolism and its going to eventually teach you a lesson.
The only surefire healthy way to lose weight and keep it off is to work your butt off at the gym and finally take control of your eating habits and lifestyle. You have to have a mix of weight training and cardio. You have to eat *more* not less. You have to be able to make the right choices and learn what is bad and what is good for your body.
Until you take the responsibility on yourself and not a pill...you will never be truly successful.
**disclaimer I am mainly referring to people who are pretty overweight due to their eating and activity habits**. You people who need to lose 5 pounds... whatever lol.

So... I could keep my money and just drink the amount of water it recommends when taking a pill. :)

drinking lots of water is probably helping more than the pill lol.
Its like saying, here take this pill...and eat salad for lunch and dinner. Trimspa rocks! woowoo! lol.
All those things are a gimmik!
