Hi,
I noticed in one of your posts you mentioned that aspartame from diet cokes will work against you. Why is this?? I'm curious because i drink a lot of diet coke.

I know this wasn't directed at me, but look up info on aspertame. There is a wealth of info out there on the effects aspertame has had on their health. here is one resource:

Thanks for the info! I checked out the site...pretty scary stuff. Out of curiousity, do you avoid all of these artificial sweetners?
