I noticed in one of your posts you mentioned that aspartame from diet cokes will work against you. Why is this?? I'm curious because i drink a lot of diet coke.

Thanks for the info! I checked out the site...pretty scary stuff. Out of curiousity, do you avoid all of these artificial sweetners?
