Dear Fellow,
I just watched a famous local TV program & the topic was on weight loss. One of the guests said that it's not the activity that one loses weight but with the breathing. Sthg. to do with the oxygenation. Anybody heard of the book BREATHING IT THIN IN 2 1/2 weeks?

Have you seen the infomercial for Body Flex??
Sounds like it is a technique to proper breathing which helps reduce weight..??????
Haven't tried it, but my husband had mentioned how there used to studies on how ephedrine stimulates the bronchilar tubes to dialate which helps people breath better, and is being used in weight loss for some.
(I find it a scarry stimulant, but thought it sounded like it may co-inside with the 'breathing' thing)
Just sharing my thoughts...
Please let me know if ya find out more!
I am thinking of posting body flex question on one of the boards.
