My husband has been experiencing severe muscle cramps lately after he works outside and prespires alot in this florida sun. He mentioned it to the dr. on his last visit, but I believe there was a miscommunication. The dr. prescribed waterpills! Does anyone have suggestions as to what supplement he can take? Thanks

Hi Mymeme, your husband MAY be experiencing deficiencies or imbalances in one/or several vitamins: potassium/sodium, magnesium, and/or calcium. Lack of adequate fluids (NOT soda and/beer, preferably water) MAY also cause this, as can hormonal imbalances.
good luck!
