I have NEVER had the displeasure of doing business with a company such as this one!!!!!!!!! I say displeasure because of the experience that I have recently had!!!
I placed a phone order for the "special free offer" for the Diet ZX product on 6/16 or 6/17, and authorized the representative on the phone to charge only for the shipping of 2 bottles, but to my surprise, on 6/20/01 was charged $111.20!!!!! immediately i contacted the customer service department. one representative told me he would cancel the order, the other (VERY RUDE Woman) that the order had already been "shipped" and that the order could not be canceled!
I had contacted my bank and disputed the charges, as well as an attorney, which informs me that you are allowed 1 week within charging a card to ship the merchandise. Here it is the 6 of July, and I have NOT received anything!!!!!!!! My mother is also having the SAME experience!!!!!! still we have not received any refund information, etc.
YOU ARE ASSURED THAT "IF" (AND I SAY THAT WITH THE MOST SARCASM I HAVE) AND when I receive the order, I will refuse the order, as well, tell everyone that will possibly listen, and post as many messages as I can find chats, and mailing groups, what an unprofessional, and unethical company that VITAFREE/Diet ZX is!!!!!!!!! I personally will NEVER do any other business with this company, as well as my family, and company that I work for. Businesses like this should be BAND from any type of transactions.
I have called numerous times to find out when i would receive the shipment to refuse it and receive the refund.. all they will say is that it was shipped, and that was two weeks ago!!!!!!! what a SCAM!!!!!!!!!
