I've had strange red dots that appear every so often on my upper stomach and back. No itching at all. After a few days, esp after being in the sun, the areas that were red, don't tan at all. I've been to DR about it, came to the conclusion that they come from a invisible fungus that forms when you sweat and don't wash right away (wear clothes home from the gym for a while, etc) gave me a scrip for sporanax, a nail fungus scrip. Took this by pill for a few weeks and cleared it right up.

Question is: I want to avoid going to a dr and paying a total of $50+ for another scrip. Is there any other homeopathic remedy that anyone has used for similar symptoms.
