I need to lose about 20 lbs and I need and want something all natural. Just walk into a GNC health product store and pick a product at random. Ask the clerk: is this guaranteed to work? Can I return it for a refund if it doesn't? Chances are he'll say NO. Those products can't work for everybody. I tried some stuff for migraines a while back, and it didn't work at all for me, even though my neighbor had great success with it...
