I don't eat red meat. I am recovering from an eating disorder and I haven't touched the stuff for years. But I know that there are things found in red meat that you need for a healthy diet. Is there anyway to get these nutrients without eating it? Thanks!

Absolutely.
There is nothing in red meat that makes it more healthy or necessary to the diet than any other food.
If you want complete protein in a single food, poultry and fish will do the trick.

I believe that red meat does have iron in it...if you don't eat red meat, make sure that your iron levels are adequate.
