Hi,
I was wondering if anyone hear has taken Xenadrine who is a normal weight. I'm 5'9 and 135 lbs. I'm not interested in losing weight (although I don't really want to gain any either), but I want to change my body composition (gain muscle and lose fat). Looking at me you would think I weigh a lot more than I do because of the pouchy stomach, the cellulite on my thighs etc. (This is not in my head, even my doctor is suprised I don't weight more) Would Xenadrine help? I already lift weights (nearly a year now), but when looking at the other women in my family it's not in my gene pool to build muscle. Really I am just looking for a way to become more toned. Any advice? Thanks for reading

personally - xenadrine made my stomach upset. i suggest that you up your cardio, life weights to failure, and protien, protein, protein! try and cut carbs back after 1pm or so. eat very clean. maybe even hire a trainer for 1hr and have he/she develop a workout for you. good luck :)
