I started a low carb diet two months ago. I weighed 215lbs. at 6'3". I am a 26 year old male. I haven't been this skinny since I was 20. Now I weigh 165lbs. and have somewhat increased my carb intake in the past couple of weeks. I still stay away from sugar. I used to eat tons of candy and cokes, but now I stay away. I still keep losing weight. I get a little worried. I'm not looking for advise really unless you have something besides "you should see a doctor" but what are the bad signs I should look out for? What point should I rush to my doctor?
So far my health hasn't gotten any worse. I feel fine. My muscles haven't gotten any weaker or sore without exercise. I can't stand how boney I feel. I hate how my butt hurts from sitting, hitting my bones on edges, and how uncomfortable it is sleeping when my pelvic bones stick into the bed.
