I was on it for 2 weeks and lost 5 pounds but, Got bored of the retrictions so. went off of it and gained back 3 pounds of the 5 lost...
If you have her book and read it.
She says your only allowed to eat certain food together and if you eat one type of food you have to wait 2 hours to eat something else.
I was always hungry.. I may have felt that way because I have low blood sugar and eat every 1-2 hours.
But, Her recipes are great and there's a lot of somersize recipe website that somersizers have made up. I still cook up her recipes I just dont stick with the plan any more.
I say give it a try. and see if you like it :)
I also recommed you go to your library and get suzanne somers weight lose books and read them. its cheaper that buying them:) Heck go on ebay too.
I also recommend a nutrisionist by the name of Covert Bailey.
I got his tape from my library he also has a website you can look up. just type
covert bailey or it may be Covert Baily in your search engine.
I watched his videos about health and fitness and everything just clicked and made sense to me... his tapes were recorded from the PBS channel.
Good luck... Write back soon, sorry for the spelling
