Well, I finally got my order of Holly Follows product called Trim Factor.
Yesterday, Wedsday Aug 8 was my first day using the product. I ate a sensable breakfast and then at mid-morning took the dosage reccomended.
I have to admit, no shakes (jitters)and after a few hours I realized I hadn't even thought about food, in fact after 5 hours I wasn't even hungry, although at this time I knew I had to eat something because I am diabetic, but after just a few bites of carots and celery and lots of water I was full.
At this time I had the second dose reccomended by the Trim Factor plan.
well I'd say first day was a success (for me at least).
Only time I had a problem was after getting home from work I find my wife had made a big ole batch of choclate chip cookies <evil> but I survived with only a couple.
I'll update my Trim Factor diary every couple of days to let anyone interested in this new product know how it's going.

Well second and third day have passed since starting on trim Factor.
So far it is doing what they claim
I won't weigh myself till next wedsday, I hate looking everyday! But I will update actual weight loss once a week.
Yesterday I had no hunger pains what so ever and once agin had to remind myself to eat.
we went out to dinner last nite and I did my usual thing and ordered a good sized dinner (old habits hard to die)but I ate my dinner salad and got half way through my halibit & potato and couldn't eat any more.
If i do begin to feel hungry I have found that if I just drink some water I'm feeling full again and can go awhile longer without eating.
So far so good....

Well I've now been using the Trim Factor for 6 days,
and I've lost 4 lbs. :)
Not alot but this is a good start for me. The product is doing just what they claim it is suppose to do :)
I haven't had any real hunger pains since starting but I ran into my own mental problems over the weekend :nono:
I have to agree when people say that losing weight is at least 50% in the head. All I wanted to do most of the weekend was eat junk :( even though I wasn't hungry at all. I did have a few set backs but after all was said & eaten I still lost some weight & the old pants fit just abit looser on the big ole butt.
6 days on trim factor...
4lbs. down...
about a hundred to go..lol
wish me luck!

Linz,
so far the product does what it claims, like I wrote in my first 6 days I lost 4 lbs. I will weigh myself again this wedsday. I'll be sure to post my results.
so far I'm happy with it. I just have to stay strong mentally. my problem has always been I eat for all the wrong reasons, I'm hoping the trim factor will help me get threw the really tough times.

Well after 14 days on trim factor I've lost a total of 6 lbs.
I'm comfortable with that, 4 lbs. the first week and 2 lbs. this week
The product is doing (for me) just what it claims.
