Well my arms and legs itch badly when im out in the heat and most of the time goes away when im somewhere cool. and i noticed these very little bumbs where i was scratching and i also notices these very tiny little white hairs there to. Can anyone inform me as to what theese bumbs and harids are and why my skin itches ?
