Hey all? hows it going? over the past month or so ive been experiencing like shortness of breathe, like where as before going from room to room it was like just nothing, now it seems like from doing relativly nothing that I am more winded than I should be. Also more so latly I have a constant tightness in my chest followed with charp pain from time to time, ive been to the doctor and have gottan a inhaler with Ventolin HFC. They have ran chest x-rays and the asma test where you blow in to the device and it measures your lung capacity. My results were good for both according to the doctors on 2 separate occasions, but from the few tests they ran they didnt think it was anything with my heart. The puffer isnt helping in the slightest. I mean im not hoping to have a heart problem or anything, but like its not getting better or anything and I think thats the only place left too look. Anyone else expereince anything similar or have any advice? Like the hospital for some reason seems to be hesitant to run anymore tests, im not sure what to say like the body has its little ways of telling you when something isnt right. Im 21, male smoked for less than a year have quit completly for a lil while now. Just to get it all in the open I did smoke pot reasonably heavily for a little while(3 or 4 months). Basically quit cold turkey when I realized it was becoming a problem. This did get a little worse when I started working a desk job, but I do try to get to the gym sometimes. Ive worked the desk job for like 3 months now.

I think the best thing to do would to maybe have a stress test done on your heart and maybe an EKG to look for electrical abnormalities. Another possibility is that it could be from anxiety/depression if you are constantly worrying about your problem. I would try to google chest pains and the different kinds of it and what it affects to pinpoint your problem yourself.
