Hi I'm 36 and I have this very embarassing movement on my face whenever I'm concentrating on something. In fact it happens when I'm not aware of it. My mouth moves from one side to the other especially when I'm just thinking. I have know idea why this is but I would sure like to know what's happening to me. Is there anyone that can help me with this??? I'm too embarassed to ask my doctor. It is effecting my whole life, work,social, and self-esteem. My grandma use to do the same thing but with her tongue. My mom demonstrated the same thing but only when she was really relaxed, its constant with me 24/7. If you know anything about this please respond...Thank-you
