I have MVP and other health issues, today at work I felt a little light headed, so I got the nurse to take my bld pressure.....it was 110/55
She asked what my normal Bp is, which is usually 110-120/78-80.... never as low 55.I didn't want to make a big deal about so went back to work.I'm now home and still feeling a bit dizzy but now seeing kinda of black blotchy things in my vision, but it comes and goes.
What could this be from?

it could be some form of dysautonomia, which is a malfunctioning of the nervous system to adjust to the bodies needs i.e. when standing there is a signifgant drop in blood pressure in your body from the pull of earth's gravity, the nervous system senses this drop and automatically responds by narrowing blood vessels and increasing the heart rate. Most likely, your problem is benign, but i would advise you to go to your doctor or ER just incase and have some tests done.
