I was at the dr for these rashes that I've been getting. He did a bunch of blood work; cbc, coagulation etc and everything came back normal. The dr said it will go away and it's nothing at all. If it's nothing, than why am I getting them?
Is this normal that I'm still getting these rashes? Some of them are very extensive and I've been having a lot of headaches that advil or tylenol won't touch. Any info is appreciated.

Hello RAK,
who told you the rashes were petechiae? Are they not raised, but below the skin's surface and either red, or reddish purple? Do they itch? Do they blanch? How long do the rashes last for?
If you are getting headaches maybe you have a lot of stress, and sometimes tylenol won't cut it....could be from worrying about the rashes....or not....but the blood work was probably right and sometimes people get petechiae for no reason...that is if the rashes are petechiae. Let me know.

My dr. did diagnosed it as petechiae. My entire arm was covered in this. They are small red pinpoints that don't blanch, are under the skin, are bright red and they don't itch at all. The weird thing is that I'm still getting these rashes. Just hoping that someone has another idea...

did you get the headaches first or the petechiae because maybe the advil or tylenol caused he petechiae.
