has anyone on here ever used the lateralthightrainer if so can you share your story with me im thinking bout purchasing it but i don't know i never beleve those people on the infomerical cuz well who knows they might even just get payed for it. so can you? thanks :wave:

I have one and I really like it. Just like anything else, you have to actually DO it. I like it cause it's relatively small and I can do it in my own home in front of my own tv. I recommend it!

save your $90, and just start going for a walk or a jog everyday.
