View Full Version : Naps in Contacts

Lately I've found myself taking naps in my contacts on accident. Today I fell asleep for an hour and woke up with semi-dry eyes, but yesterday I took a 4 hour nap and my eyes were very blurry and I had to take my contacts out.

I'm not supposed to sleep in these contacts, but is it okay if I take naps in them occasionally? I just find it annoying having to take my contacts out everytime I feel a little tired. :P

I do this once in a while too. I wake up and my eyes are slightly dry and I put some drops in them and they're back to being okay. Sometimes I'll sleep in them (not all the time and only if I have no other choice). I think if you take care of your contacts and eyes otherwise, you should be fine. :)

From the looks of that, it doesnt sound good. Id play it safe and remove contacts before you sleep or even nap. If you are feeling tired alot you could wear glasses part time
