A week ago I had several red spots on my back that itched. Now I have what look like pimples with white heads all on my back. Does anyone know what to do or what could have caused this. A number of the red spots are small with no white dot. It does not itch much now but feels a little hot and sore. Please all advice is welcome! Maybe I got a bug bite or something. Was swimming but was outdoors a lot. Had been using apexicaon on one tiny red/brown spot from dr for itch-could this have contributed.
