Hi i'm not quite 17 and I think I have CTS. I get it from motocrossing which is dirt bike racing. I've had it for a while, about 2 years, but the 1st year it was on and off and went away after the season was done. But this season its really bad and when i wake up in the mornings i cant feel my hands and the right hand is in some extreme pain. I tried to ignore it but after 2 years its startin to bug me. I just want to know how long the recovering time for the surgery is. I can go through the splints and all that, but i just want to get it fixed before there is any long term damage. Also i'm wondering how common it is in a younger person like myself. Any comments would be appreciated.
