Has anyone in Pennsylvania been to Hershey Park, and if you have, did you have difficulty on any of the rides? If so/not, how much do you weigh/what size are you? How about any other parks that you've been to? If anyone can be of assistance, I would appriciate it. Thank you. I am taking a trip and would like to go to an amusement park. I weigh 301. I want to find one that I could ride most of the rides.

I havent been to Hershey Park since I was a little kid, I am 240 lbs, and I live in Southren Califorina, which has plenty of Parks, I can fit in the ones at Disney, which is very little, Califorinia Adventure. Six Flags also can, Somne of the rides in Vegas, some of the over head rides where it comes over your head is snug, but it is secure, As far as Pa, Kennywood Park, which is around Pittsburgh, I just went there recently, and I had no problem with the rides there. You can always do a internet search and look for local parks and see the ride restrictions, some list weight requirements and things of that sort. I hope this helps some. :bouncing:

I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED! I am a size 14/16 and I had trouble fitting in some rollar coaster rides at Great America in Gurnee, Illinois. My body is proportioned so it's not like I have a BIG butt that just didn't fit in the seat. I was embarassed when I was being watched trying to SQUEEZE in the seat next to my son on the ride. Have a great vacation! :)

I weigh around 190 pounds (5'6'' tall) and I just recently went to Hershey Park. I did fit into all of the rides, however some of them were a little tight. I remember thinking to myself that if someone weighed more than I did they would have trouble fitting. Hope this helps.

Wow....that must have been one wild adventure, lol. You won't catch me on a roller coaster even at a size 2!!! I admire all you adrenaline junkies.

I'm a Cedar Point addict, so obviously, I think that it truly IS the "best amusement park in the world." They're smart enough to have test seats at the beginning of the line so you can see if you fit; if you don't, then you didn't waste two-three hours standing in line in order to find out that you can't ride...

hi i weigh alotand am 5'8 and went two six flags over georgia 3 years ago and was severely embarrased trying to fit on coasters such as batman i plan togo back soon and will probably not fit its so embarrasing to have to have the staff help shove the over the head things down to get them to lock so i honestly wouldnt recommend rides like the batman or superman cause i weighed 270 then and it was a real struggle .
good luck
