I am currently 17 years old and Male and I weigh about 115 right now. In the morning I eat a Balance Bar plus a protein drink, and for lunch I have 1 cup of non-fat yogert with a few grapes. When I get home I am usually hungry will eating friut help me maintain my weight or make me gain weight?? Understand that I am trying to lose about another 7 pounds, but once I lose it I want to maintain my weight. Can anyone answer this? Oh, can anyone also suggest some healthy snack foods??

I am not sure why you would want to lose more actually???? how tall are you??
It doesn't sound like you are getting enough calories and fruit is good but if you eat too much it breaks down as sugar....thus goes to fat stores....shouldn't really have more than 2 servings a day...
healthy snacks...handful of nuts, cottage cheese, yuppers some fruit if you haven't had any... http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif

not judging just curious you sound pretty slim at 115

Yeah, you sound pretty slim to me to???!!!!
Only thing I can figure is your 3 ft. tall, or a wrestler trying to get the weight down.
I'm not trying to be rude, just wonder why 117 is to much???...

not only are you thin, but wheres the fat in your diet. you need at least 25g.
