I have read posts regarding NSDF or Natural Slim Down Fast. I have recently ordered a product called Slim Down. Is it the same thing? It is suppose to help trap fat and help you lose weight. Is there anyone out there taking this and if so, is it working. I have about 25 pounds to lose and it seems I have tried everything out there. I have lost the weight before and didn't have any trouble but for some reason I am having a hard time now. I would love some encouragement and motivation.

no it isnt the same NSDF is a fat burner. what u have is a chitosan product(expensive) anyway, i use chitosan for high fat stuff.
