I have a 52 year old friend that is mentelly slow his IQ i would say is like a 10 year old. He live alone and can pay his bills and feed himeself. The problem is that he has some health problems that require him to take medication and test himself (diabetes).

Most of his life he has had bowel problems but in the past 6 months he had two bouts of it. and they last for weeks on end (sorry) anyway he doesn't have all that many family so i check on him and he's been sick for over 3 weeks now. I'v been trying to get him to see his doctor but he wont go. His house is so so gross it's unsanitary vision the worse house and that is his and he's unsanitary also. :eek:

I wanted to know what resource do i have to get him help?
