I keep seeing commercials for these ab belts that are supposed to stimulate your muscles without doing situps. I was wondering if anyone had tried one and if it really works???

Nothing can replace traditional crunches/leg raises.

Only if your skinny to start with. If you have alot of fat, it can't get through your fat to the muscle.

They're worthless. I have one and HATE it. Plus, you have to keep buying the gel that goes pretty quickly so there's always added costs.
It can get quite uncomfortable and my abs NEVER felt sore afterward (like I even did 10 crunches).
COMPLETE waste of money, take it from me. You're much better off with a well-rounded workout program that will trim and tone.
Good luck!

Just lay down and hold a weight to your chest, and do low rep crunches. It's free, and will actually work.
I wish I had thought of the Electronic Abs gizmo. Then I would be the one driving a new Mercedes. Man, these companies really know how to feed on the ignorance of the public.
