I have read a lot of posts talking about you taking Carb blockers. Do they work? And if they help you what is the name of them and where can I get them. I have cut back on my carbs, however I am Italian. i believe they do, even though others dont. i use phaseolean so if you do a search for Life plus, you will find them. good luck http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif
