Where is everyone at? Noone has posted in a while about NSDF. I was on it for a couple of days then got off. I got sick and things around here were crazy for a bit. But I started back today along with some exercise. I'm watching what I'm eating, but I'm not just totally strict about what I eat. I just want this weight off before summer. Please let me know how everything went with NSDF. (Negatives and positives results)
