I suffer from anxiety but for the last week my heart has been beating so hard if im sitting still it feels like im moving with every beat.Is this from my anxiety or should i see my doctor again.Im started taking multi vitimins and stressless tablets.Could they be the trigger.

most likely from something you are taking but palpitations are in some people the very first and most often recognized symptoms of chronic anxiety or nervousness...

Drink a lot more water and completely quit caffeine for a week and see if that helps.
