Sometimes the scale can fail. I know the scale that we use, shows our weight 10 pounds less than the actual weight (that is compared to accurate scales in the doctor's office) We like our scale better. :)
Sometimes it can be water loss too. I'm sure some others could describe their experiences too, that might explain a sudden weight loss for no apparent logical reason.

It perhaps was a water loss. Low carb or no carb diets uaully do that but you said you had 2 loafs of bread?
Anyways, are you on any medications? Are you exercising?

Also make sure to rule out a medical problem, if you eat a lot and lose weight!

How can you eat 2 loafs of bread in one day?
I don't think this is humanly possible, then you had all that other stuff too? I think you broke a worlds record or something. I think the world's record of eating hot dogs is still under 2 packs. If you really ate all of that, that was one heck of a binge.
As for the 11 pounds gone I have NO idea, I'd check to make sure you didn't loose a lung or something. ;) :D Jus joking! http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/jester.gif

believe,
it is possible. i know from experience. thats y its called an eating disorder. bingers with this diagnosis are capable of putting away literally thousands of calories at 1 sitting. i know for myself when i am binging, i eat 4000-6000 calories a day.

I checked at the grociery store on yogurt, since I was going there to buy some more anyways. A size 750g's does not exist here. There are the small ones at around 225 grams, medium sized ones at 480ish and huge ones at size 900 grams. They were out of my flavor so I checked at 2 different stores. Where are you buying a yogurt at such a strange size?

Just looked up about record hotdog eating, seems some guy ate 50 with buns in 12 mins. So i guess the stomach can expand a lot more than I thought it could. http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/wow.gif
