Imho you have already answered you'r own question. A strength/cardio program WILL help you lose weight. From what I can read on these boards lots of people take lots of pills and a lot of them have lost a lot of weight. And a lot of people take nothing and lose a lot of weight also. The one thing both groups have in common is strength/cardio workouts and a good diet plan. So keep it up and keep reading this board because I have gotten TONS of great info and insperation from them. Good luck

I've written so much about natural foods. That's my "magic pill". As much as I can, I try to eat non-processed whole grains, fruits, vegetables, eggs, nuts, seeds etc. I can't eat a lot of meat, but at times I'll have a little. So, I'm not a pure vegetarian. Whole grains are like wheat berries (natural wheat), flax seeds, oats, brown rice, and millet etc.

I don't eat any "fun" food or drink, such as cakes, cookies, ice cream, donuts, alcohol, and sodas etc. I've maintained my healthy weight this way for about 20 years. I don't count anything.

I started this natural way, in order to help my body heal of strange fibromyalgia muscle pains. It also provided me with an extra benefit that I don't have to worry about weight gain. Over the years, as I got better, I also was able to exercise. I'm always eating many times during the day and have no problems with being underweight or overweight.

If someone took this seriously, I can't imagine why it wouldn't work. It all depends on how much you want it and how much time you are willing to research this. Not only will eating better help you control this weight, but you should feel better all around as well.

Yes, I have tried Metabolife and every other one you can imagine. Has anyone heard of Naturalslimdownfast or quickslim?

As we all know the diet brigade is a multi billion dollar business aimed at people desperate to look and feel good, it's been around under many different faces since the snake oil dealers of yesteryear and they are all the same. It is what you put into the body that counts, no magic pills or potions but healthy food and excersise. I've tried all of them and lost weight fast(also known as water loss)but it never lasted beyond a certain point and I gave up. I've been at 109lbs for many years only by excersising at least 5 days a week and watching my calorie intake. I know some people have a form of addiction for foods or comfort foods as some refer and maybe some meds can work for them but IMHO just watching my intake and output has kept me at this low weight for over 8 years.

Actually, I started a diet program called Herbalife. My boss started doing it about 2 months ago, and she lost 30 pounds and about 8 inches on her waist. I started it 2 weeks ago, and have lost 5 pounds and 8 total inches (bust, waist, hips) I feel great! So much energy from all the herbs and vitamins! Nothing else has ever worked this good! They have a website - check it out!

Diet Mountain Dew. The caffiene will give you a boast (and perhaps boost your metabolism). Many bodybuilders drink it.

I have been taking some wonderful products for the last six months. I have been able to loose weight, boost my energy level and strenthen my immune system. I have been working out for the last 10 years and have been at a plateau - very frustrating. These products are great. Doctors have been recommending them for the last 9 years in the US. They are pharmaceutical grade products with no side effects. If you would like more information or want to know where to find these products, just e-mail me. Hope I can help you.
