Can anyone tell me how long the headache last.? Or could this headache be from the gum???also dizzy at times

Maybe it's just from the change in your body, from a lot of nicotene, down to a minimal amount? I don't know, but I think I had a few headaches in the beginning as well. Try some Tylenol or Aspirin...I think if it does have anything to do with your quitting, they will soon go away.
