i have green teabags that i use just like regular tea.
i notice you are posting about different pills imo all they do is lighten your wallet and the ones that work like amphetamines have injuried 100's of people.
Some times irreversibly - like death.
Nothing can replace a healthy diet and exercise.
i recommend Dr. Shapiro's picture perfect wieght loss its not a "diet" since you keep eating the same amount you were before the difference is makeing better choices from the foods that you like.

I agree, dont waste your money on those miracle pills, the key is exercise and eating right!
