i've dyed my hair last year and it broke off the top a lil bit(it was a rinse not even permanent dye) and now its august you would think it would stop breaking but it seems like its breaking in certain areas in my hair in the back and on the sides..is there anything i could do?..oh yea i went to the hair salon to get it done and is still going there.
