I've read this on another post before...but wanted to see what you think. When i twist my torso from side to side I hear a breathy sounds coming from lungs. I don't think this is normal.....can't remember hearing this before. I just got over bronchitis...thought maybe that was why...still have a cough....any thoughts?? :rolleyes:

I think it's "normal", but since your lungs still have some inflammation and possible congestion....it would probably be more exaggerated.

My take on it....I get it as well, noticed it when I was a kid doing twisting excercises.
