I have bumps on my arms and legs. Little red ones that don't itch but seem to get worse and worse. Looks like acne but I dont think that's it. Any ideas?

If they itch i was going to say ring worm, but if they don't i guess i don't know what is. I had ring worm and it didn't really itch that bad at first but later on it did but i would have a Dr. take a look at it if it doesn't clear up.
