On my upper arms and legs starting at my knees and going all the way up to my thighs I have what almost looks like pimples which I've had ever since I can remember. They are little red bumps that are raised, they don't hurt or itch but they are just unsightly. They are on the back end only of my arm starting at about my elbow. What are these bumps and how do I get rid of them? Thanks.
