the inner part of my eye seems to have a reddish tint with lots of little bumps.. it makes my eye skin look really bad and scaley like.. i also have blue veins under my eyes and i see a red blood vesel under my left eye.. does anyone know what causes the redness and bumps in my inner part of my eye.. i dont think its a rash and this kinda sux since im only 16.
