Hi, all! I was wondering if anyone knows something about the weird symptoms my mother's been having for a few years now...she's been getting what appears to be severe muscle cramps near her shin bones, they're very painful and cause the muscle to look like it's been sucked inward. I've seen noticeable indentations where she says the pain comes from. She usually gets this when she is laying down or sitting, and the only way to relieve the intense pain is for her to get up and walk around. Then it goes away instantly. She has a job in which she is constantly on her legs for many hours at a time, but I'm not sure this plays a part in it or not. She also gets these very painful indentations just above the front of the ankle.

What could this be? Her primary care doctor didn't offer us many answers, and didn't seem too concerned. But there's got to be an answer out there somewhere! :bouncing:
