Years ago I was told tht vitamin B 12 helps lose fat.
A girl told me that she takes it before a walk or work out and it speeds up her metabolism and helps her to lose fat. Is this true?

yes, all b vit do so i recommend a b complex.

B-12 is for your blood, it has nothing to do with weight loss, it is not recommended to take vitamin b-12 more than once a month to 2 months.

what ive heard, and some may find it irrelevant to this topic, but as far as B-12, that is part of the combination that the drs used to put in the shot adminstered to those wanting to lose weight,, the only other ingredient with the b12 was pregnant womens urine. They no longer practice these standards, tho,,,IT WORKED.
