DianeMarie73 02-13-2002, 03:31 PM I'm taking Metabolife for the second time I had good results the first time. I'm looking for some support anyone else taking it? P.S. I'm also following an allergy diet. Sponsor andreaphilip3 02-13-2002, 03:39 PM good luck Diane! DianeMarie73 02-14-2002, 02:02 AM Thank-you you don't know how much that means to me. You've made my night!!!!!!!!!!!! Mercedes_Girl 02-14-2002, 01:45 PM Best of luck Diane!! It seems to work for a lot of people (all but me, of course http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif ) so I'm sure it will work well for you. Just make sure not to make the same mistakes I always seem to - the pills do not work on their own the way that we'd like to think they do. You need to make sure you're eating well and getting in some good exercise. We don't just want you skinny, we want you healthy too!!!! Keep us updated and good luck! DianeMarie73 02-14-2002, 03:07 PM Thanks I'm actually following an allergy diet from my dr which I lose weight on when I stick to it but, w/ metabolife too I've already lost 6 lbs Thanks for all of the support I can use it. I'm here for everyone if you need me. NancyH 02-18-2002, 01:05 AM Hang in there Diane, it works for some just not me, nothing works but excersise for me. Now that is hard work. DianeMarie73 02-18-2002, 06:41 PM I lost 9 lbs in 6 days so far so far so good fitby40 04-01-2002, 12:38 AM DianeMarie73 - I was interested in the Allergy diet that your dr prescribed? Could you give me more info? DianeMarie73 04-01-2002, 05:43 PM I had alergy tests done to see what foods I had problems with but, most people have problems with corn, wheat, milk, pork, and soybean oil. Your best bet is to eat as natural as possible fruits, veggies, salads with no soybean oil in the dressing, and alternate meat and chicken ever few days drink things with no corn syrup in them. If you want more info let know. Blippo 04-01-2002, 06:10 PM I started taking Metabolife 356 about 1 week ago, just to see how it works. So far I've noticed it has provided energy for me. No doubt cause of the caffeine and ephedra in it. Seems to have curbed my appetite some also. fitby40 04-03-2002, 10:57 PM What types of oil would be considered "good oil" if soybean isn't a good one? Also you mentioned corn syrup being a no-no. Would that include all sugars as well? Also, I am considering taking Metabolife 356 but am kinda scared because all the hype about ephedra/caffiene, etc. Have you or have you heard about people having adverse effects from taking it? Thanks for the info. DianeMarie73 04-04-2002, 11:35 AM I use canola oil also sugar is fine. I've gotten away from metabolife recently but, I'm back on it now. I just have been forgetting to take it. I actually love metabolife it works well when I get into the habit of taking it and stick with my allergy diet. I work with a girl who just started taking met and she didn't change her eating habits and she is losing weight quite well she looks great. My opion it works great fitby40 04-04-2002, 07:44 PM Thanks for the info. That makes me feel better that people are having success without any adverse reactions. Lil_Bit 04-19-2002, 06:26 PM Just my two cents Ive taken Met 356 on and off for 3 yrs, basically for the energy, which i believe is healthy due to natural herbs, and, I found it to work effectivly for me, only in combination with exercise. Although when i purchased my most recent bottle it came with night liquid, and the employee told me that girl she worked with, had had major heart issues, tied to this product, and is currently suing the company |
