I am going to try and explain this as best I can so please bear with me! I am in the process of getting healthier (i went from 207 in Jan to 145 now). I am a 39 year old female. well, last night after working out (and another time after working out abs) i develop a lump on my right side like just above the pubic bone. I would guess it is bigger than a golfball but smaller than an orange. It burns, but does not hurt...does that make ANY SENSE? lol
Also, I had a groin pull about a year ago and now I just have trouble with that tendon. Right now the lump is gone again but if i work out abs again i am sure it will be back..any suggestions? Thanks in advance for the help~!

Sounds like it could be a hernia. I had 2 of those repaired when I was a baby one on each side--still have the scars(just above the pubic bone). My mom said when I use to cry it would stick out more than when I didn't. I would have it looked at by a doctor anyhow.

Good Luck!
