are there any tests that can be done to determine if you have a yeast overgrowth problem?

yes i believe so but most dr.'s don't get into it. i am allergic to yeast. it was recommended that i stop eating all yeast products and white flour and sugar products for 2 weeks. i did and felt like a new person. just eliminating them from my body gave me more energy and i lost 15 pounds to boot. i also found what helped was taking a probiotic to speed the colon cleansing process because that is where they thrive. there are great websites. if you type in candida albicans you should find something with the symptoms of an ovegrowth of yeast and what foods to avoid. good luck on your journey.

hey there,
jsut put the phrase "yeast test" into google and there's a simple test you can do at home with some spit and a glass of water.
good luck!
