The past few months, I've acquired a new PMS symptom, major dizzy spells, like jolts going through me and I feel like passing out. It happens a few days b4 my period. This month, like right now, its real bad and its been all day. I've had to lay down all day cause I'm scared I'm going to pass out somewhere. I've had my period for 14 yrs, I think its a bit early for menopause (i'm 29). This happens to my 23 yr old friend too, but I'm worried. Does this happen to others out there? Anything I can do to help/prevent this?

I was thinking lack of iron too. {removed} , and there is nothing wrong with taking an iron supplement to help with a lack of iron in your system. Iron is actually in a lot of multi-vitamins, and if you're not getting it in the food you eat, then your body needs to get it from somewhere. So try picking up some iron... if you are still getting the same symptoms with your PMS, I would go to the doc. and maybe there's something more to this. Maybe anemia or diabetes or something... i dunno. Good luck!

thanks for your input, I really appreciate it. My multi-vitamin contains 28 mg iron, do u know if this is enough? I heard too much can lead to kidney stones. I guess i can look it up online (I dont have medical insurance :( ) Thanks again!
