Someone please help. I have these things on my bum and I don't know what they are they are like sacs which have I dunno what in them and they are tear shaped near my bum hole I am so embarrassed. :o

Maybe theyre hemmoroids? Those are common. Just buy something like Tucks pads or Preperation H, and start adding more fiber to your diet. Does it hurt when you try to go to the bathroom?

Its not gross, its life. The only way to get rid of hemmoroids is surgery. NMR1120 is right, fiber in your diet. AND WATER. Make sure you are getting your 64 oz. a day. Don't strain either, you will irritate them or cause more.
