I work out but I guess not the region of my stomach...I do crunches but not that many like maybe 30-50 depending if im in the mood or not. Everyother day i work out to give my muscles a cool down period. Any suggestions?

Hi Joe888..... I use a video by Richard Simmons called "The Stomach Formula" . You do it 7 minutes a day, 7 days a week. And trust me it works!!!!! I noticed results in just a couple of weeks and was were I wanted to be in less than 7 weeks. But my belly was not real large, just sort of extra pudgy! LOL. My friend was already slim and she did it and got a washboard effect in two weeks. I don't know if you can still buy it new or not for sure, but I do know you can find them used all over the internet and auction sights. Just do a search. Hope this helps you !!!!

Hey Joe,

Unfortunately you cannot spot reduce. Doing crunches will build and strengthen the muscles, but it's not going to burn the fat around your middle. Where and how you lose fat really depends on your genetics.

Diet is key. If you workout regularly and with plenty of intensity, this is probably the area you want to concentrate on.

Sorry I do not. Maybe just a general internet search might bring one up. And make sure it says The Stomach Formula. The Ab Formula is not the same one to my knowledge. I got my first (home recorded) copy from my gym teacher way back in high school. I wore it out and bought the one I have now on Ebay over a year ago. I don't remember how much I paid, but for me it is worth it. My husband used to watch me work out to the video and he would laugh and poke fun at Richard Simmons calling him a sissy and such. So I asked him to just get off the couch and do one 7 minute work out and then tell me what he thought of Richard. Now my husband is a fairly fit guy, but he barely made it 7 minutes and he was cussing up a storm! LOL, but he doesn't think he is a sissy so much anymore and I can workout in silence.. :D
