Started with a sore throat yesterday, then went to my lung today... Ive been dry coughing, with a little discolored mucus, and my chest is very very sore. I have a fever of 100.2. i believe my lymph nodes are a little swollen. Also very congested and sinuses seem to be acting up.

Can anyone give me any idea of what this might be, I'm seeing a doctor tomorrow.
